Who will win the World Cup?

What a very difficult question to answer.  There are so many factors that can influence the outcome of the world cup.  It's very difficult to predict injuries, upsets, and crazy plays by professionals that result in red cards.  With that said, I feel Netherlands has a very strong chance.  You can never count out the teams such as Brazil, Italy, and Germany who always  perform well but I think the Dutch will pull this out...if all stay healthy and stay on the pitch...avoiding the red cards.  I would love to see the U.S. have a strong showing but I'm not optimistic that will happen.  Being a U.S. player (amateur) for over 20 years, I know the U.S. team struggles on the world stage.  The style of play of the U.S. needs to mature to compete with the world’s best and changing style of play is not an easy thing to do.  I feel there are four distinct styles of play in the world:  European, South American, African, and U.S.  I believe the South American and European style is far superior and the cup will remain in one of these two regions.  Let us know who you think will bring home the cup.  I for one am very excited about a great 30 days of Soccer/Futbol.
